Chapter 1 - Preview

It was a beautiful sunny day in Miami, Florida. Where Onika Tanya Maraj-Samuels & Safaree Lloyd Samuels Live with two kids. Kaiden, 13 & Canei, 1. Kaiden is a girl that is very loving & kind. Canei is a boy he is a caring little baby.

"Kaiden. Baby, wake up" Nicki said, as she tried to wake Kaiden up to get ready for school.

"Mommy?" Kaiden said, as she rubbed her eyes trying to gain the energy to get up.

"Yes, baby. Get up & get ready." Nicki said as she walked away.

Kaiden got up and began to get ready for school. She first got in the shower. When she got out she looked at the clock that read 7:45. "Huh! Not bad, " She thought. Kaiden thought that her shower wasn't that bad, becuase she was just like her mom, she took long showers. When she got in her room she began to pick out her clothes.

*With Nicki*

Nicki walked into Canei's room. She looked around & smiled. Nicki walked over to the crib and looked at her baby boy sleeping, peacefully. She walked out & went into her room and laid down. She had cooked breakfast already. So, when Kaiden wanted to eat her food would be there. Nicki just sat in the bed , thinking. Safaree was up, he was thinking, just like Nicki. They sat there thinking about the same thing, life. Nicki made a move & Safaree turned over.

"Nicki?" He spoke.

"Safaree?" She mocked.

"I love you, Babe." Safaree said, Nicki smiled.

"I love you too, Safaree."

*In the room with Kaiden*

Kaiden was getting ready when she got a text from her bestfriend, Jasmine.

JassyPooh: Kaideennnnnnn
Kaiden: Jasssssyyyyy!
JassyPooh: Okay, I got some news for you, pooh.
Kaiden: Okay, WassGUDD
JassyPooh: okay, so you remember how Mariah & Ebony was supposed to fight right? Do you know why?
Kaiden: yeah, I remember, Why? I never knew.
JassyPooh: Cause of  DeWayne.
Kaiden: But, that was my boyfriend, SOOOO, they were about to fight over my boyfriend?'
JassyPooh: yeahh! smh -_-
Kaiden: Wait,, But I thought they were my friends.. SMH!!! School, Hurry up.
JassyPooh: Kaiden, don't do nothing stupid. I know you.
Kaiden: Noo, Im Not. See You soon.
JassyPooh: Mmkay

"KAIDEN!! Are you ready?" Nicki yelled .

"Yes, Mom." Kaiden said, walking into the hallway, thinking.

"Mmkay, Come on." Nicki said as she put Canei on her hip and began walking out the door.  "Kaiden, Did You eat?" Nicki asked.

"No, not hungry." She shrugged it off.

"Alright, Come on." Nicki said grabbing the baby bag, just in case. "SAFAREE!! Babe, I'm Taking Kaiden to school, I'll be back." Nicki said.

"Okay, Nic." Safaree said as he walked downstairs. He walked up to Nicki and kissed her on the lips.

"ewww, Get A Room." Kaiden Said.

"Yeah yeah! whatever, Kid, Have a good day at school." Safaree said, giving her a hug.

'Mmkay, Dad." She kissed him on the cheek.

Nicki had already walked out the door, Kaiden didn't have to be at school until 9:00 and it was already 8:30. "Kaiden, come on." Nicki slightly yelled.

"Coming, Bye Dad." Kaiden said running towards the car.

Nicki & Kaiden were off towards the school.

*Back at home with Safaree*

Safaree made himself a plate which consisted of bacon, eggs, & pancakes. He sat down on the couch and began eating. Safaree flicked thru channels as he ate, he settled on 'Final destination 5' "Isn't it too damn early for this damn movie to be on" he thought.

*With Nicki And Kaiden"

"What's wrong , babygirl.?" Nicki asked noticing a change in Kaiden's mood.

"Nothing," Kaiden said. "I'm Fine, Mom." Kaiden said finishing her sentence. Nicki smiled & pulled up at her school.

''Alright, Kiddo. Have a good day. I love you, Kaiden." Nicki said, rubbing her hands thru her hair, smiling.

"Love you too, Mom. bye" Kaiden got out the Car.

She walked into the school. When she walked in Jasmine walked in too, with her.

"Wassup?" Jasmine said, noticing Kaiden's face.

"Kaidennnn!!" Mariah Said.

"World War 6" Kaiden Mumbled charging at Mariah.
